If you cannot delete a folder and your account does have permission to do so, make sure that documents do not exist within that folder.
If a folder has any documents inside, it cannot be deleted. Additionally, documents that have been deleted that can still be recovered must be permanently deleted before a folder can be deleted.
Go to Menu > Admin > Recovery > Documents to permanently and remove any documents from there that were deleted from the folder you would like to delete.
