If the path set up for your fileroom location has not yet been configured, the drive is currently unaccessible, or the drive used has run out space, you will receive a message that the fileroom path is not accessible.
At the login screen:
- Click on the Configuration Button
- Click on Maintain Filerooms
- Browse to and select your file room directory
- Enter a name for the fileroom in Fileroom Description. Alternatively, you can type the path (including the UNC path).
Typically, using a UNC path provides for a more stable connection.
- Click on Save and Select
- Click on Save and Exit
