ERROR: [FILEROOM PATH] is not accessible at this time

LSSP Corporation -

If the path set up for your fileroom location has not yet been configured, the drive is currently unaccessible, or the drive used has run out space, you will receive a message that the fileroom path is not accessible.

At the login screen:

  1. Click on the Configuration Button
    Password: Five%1940
  2. Click on Maintain Filerooms
  3. Browse to and select your file room directory
  4. Enter a name for the fileroom in Fileroom Description. Alternatively, you can type the path (including the UNC path).
    Typically, using a UNC path provides for a more stable connection.
  5. Click on Save and Select
  6. Click on Save and Exit
