If the application is not running as an administrator on any computer running Windows Vista/7/8/10, the program cannot launch and a message will read "PROGRAM IS ALREADY RUNNING" (see attached screenshot).
To set eDrawer to always run as an administrator:
If the program is not already set to run as administrator (necessary for users running Windows Vista/7/8/10):
- Right-click on edrawer.exe.
The default location is C:\Program Files (x86)\LSSP Corporation\eDrawer.
- Click on Properties.
- Click on the Compatibility tab.
- Click the box to change settings for all users.
- Check the box to Run this Program as Administrator.
If the Run as Administrator box is grayed out, the Windows account you are logged in as does not have permission to adjust security and your system administrator or IT staff will need to log in to your PC and check the box for all users.
If more than one instance of edrawer.exe is running, the message will display as well. Close all instances of eDrawer in the Task Manager to ensure all other instances of the application are closed down before reopening the application.
If you are running eDrawer on a terminal server, each instance of eDrawer can only be opened once. Multiple users logged into the same terminal server can run the application, but you will need to duplicate the eDrawer directory for each individual user, as each edrawer.exe can only be opened one time simultaneously.
